At Elytrapack.com, we strive to get your gear to you as quickly and transparently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Corona, California.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Carrier Partners: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery: Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from our California warehouse.

International Shipping

  • Carrier Partners: We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

  • Customs, Duties & Tariffs: International buyers are responsible for all tariffs, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.

    • By completing a purchase, you agree to pay these charges.

    • Important: If you refuse to pay the tariff and the package is returned to us, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Times & Cut-offs

  • Fast Fulfillment: We normally ship orders within 24 hours.

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same day.

  • Holidays & Weekends: We are closed on weekends and US Federal Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a fair process for all customers, please review our specific return requirements:

1. Return Request Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. The 15-Day Shipping Requirement

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us promptly. The return package must be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days of the return approval date.

  • This policy ensures that items are returned in the same condition they were in when the return was requested.

  • If the item is not delivered back to us within this 15-day window, the return will be denied and the case will be closed.

3. Condition & Hygiene Requirements

  • Hydration Bladders: Due to hygiene and safety standards, hydration bladders must be factory-sealed. We cannot accept returns on bladders if the seal or original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • General Items: All other products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.
