Warranty Policy
At Elytra Pack, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. We build our products to endure the rigors of your adventures. Our warranty is our commitment to you that your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
All Elytra Pack products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.

2. What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects that occur during the manufacturing process or as a result of faulty materials. Examples include:

Broken or malfunctioning zippers (not caused by force).

Delaminating fabric or seam failures.

Faulty buckles or hardware.
-
Leakage in hydration bladders due to seam or material failure (not punctures).
3. What is NOT Covered?
This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, abrasions, or degradation of materials over extended use.

Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by accidents, animal attacks, fire, or extreme weather.

Modification: Any alterations made to the product by the user.

Improper Care: Damage from washing machines, harsh chemicals, or improper storage (e.g., storing a damp bladder).

LED Screen Water Damage: Please note that Aura Reflectors are not waterproof. Damage caused by water exposure is considered misuse and is not covered.

Bladder Contamination: Damage caused by using liquids other than water in hydration bladders.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email support@elytrapack.com with your Order Number and "Warranty Claim" in the subject line.

Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos of the defect and a brief description of how the issue occurred.

Inspection: Our team will review your claim. We may request that you ship the item to our warehouse in Corona, CA for a physical inspection.

Resolution: If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with a "like-new" or equivalent product. If the item is no longer in production, a store credit or comparable replacement will be offered.
Shipping Costs: If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, Elytra Pack will cover the shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.
5. Legal Disclaimers
Implied Warranties: To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Elytra Pack shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (such as damage to personal belongings stored inside our packs) resulting from the use of our products or any breach of warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
